The Curiosity Experiment

About me

Hello, i'M Clare Inkster

Human Curiosity & Insight Consultant

I’m Clare—a lifelong explorer of human behaviour, creative exploration, and the brave inner work of living with curiosity in an uncertain world.

With deep roots in human insight and consumer research, my career began by asking brands the right questions. Over time, I began asking bigger, more personal questions—about life, purpose, and how we navigate uncertainty in a complex and fast-changing world. These questions led me to pursue an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching, where I discovered that curiosity wasn’t just a trait—it was a transformative force.

Curiosity became my compass.

Through my own “curiosity experiments,” I moved from autopilot thinking to possibility-driven living. I stopped fearing failure and started seeing it as data. I shifted from sticking with the ‘known’ to exploring the edge of my comfort zone—one purposeful experiment at a time.

What I Do

Today, I guide individuals, teams and organisations through change by helping them reconnect with their natural curiosity.

For Individuals

I offer one-to-one coaching, tools, and guided experiments for people ready to break through stuckness, rediscover purpose, and actively design a more aligned life. Whether you’re facing change, burnout, or a desire for reinvention—I’ll help you harness the power of questions to move forward courageously.

For Teams & Organisations
I work with marketing, insight, learning, and sustainability teams to level-up thinking by mixing the science of curiosity with decades of real-world insight leadership. Through keynotes, interactive masterclasses, and strategic consulting projects, I help organisations build a curiosity culture—one that empowers innovation, empathy, and regenerative action in a BANI world.

Inside My Own Curiosity Experiment

My life is one big experiment—and right now, I’m piloting a curiosity + agile mashup: combining free-range inquiry with structured sprints to explore what it means to live on purpose. I share these learnings (and missteps) openly in my blog, A Curious Life.

This isn’t just professional—it’s personal. I’m walking this path with you.

Feeling the Pull of Possibility?

Whether you’re navigating uncertainty, seeking a more meaningful way to work, or want to ignite curiosity in your team—this space is for you. Let’s explore how curiosity can transform the way you live, lead, and create.
