About Clare

What if curiosity was one of your best tools for navigating uncertainty?

I spent over twenty years helping organisations understand people, change and emerging opportunities — across consumer insight, research, strategy, innovation, foresight and behavioural science.

The more I worked in this field the more I became interested in what helps humans stay curious, creative and capable of imagining something different, and  how we can use these skills to build better future for all.

I started The Curiosity Experiment to bring those two worlds together: the rigour of insight, foresight and innovation work, and the human skill of staying curious when the answers aren't obvious.

What I believe

  • Curiosity is a discipline, not a mood.
  • The best questions often arrive before the best answers.
  • Organisations become more innovative when they make it safer to not know yet.
  • Ancient approaches to attention and imagination have plenty to teach modern work.
